Hi, I'm Ivory!
Born and raised in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, Ivory is a graduate from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara. All her life she had big dreams of being in the spotlight, little did she know that being behind the camera was better than being in front of it. Now based in Los Angeles, Ivory loves to work with clients both in-studio and on location to achieve a classic light and bright "California" style. When she is not taking pictures, Ivory also owns a bakery in West LA! She also loves to travel the world with her husband Gavri, or go hiking with her Doberman, Poppy.
Why I do this
I love to watch my clients grow over the years! Nothing brings me more joy then knowing families for 10+ years and watching little ones grow up, families expand, and just create relationships. It's such an honor getting to see and capture special moments over the years!
How I work
You can expect a mix of posed and candid photos during your shoot. I'm happy to give direction for those who are a little shy, but be yourself! Have fun, be silly, and just be candid; those photos are always the best.
Fun Facts about me
When I was studying photography in college, I promised I would never photograph people; I only wanted to shoot architecture. While I still have a fond appreciation for buildings, I love working with people more than anything now!
